Has my purchase been done well? 

 

Acces your account and make sure that the purchase has been successfully made in “MY TICKETS” section. We will send you two emails, one of them confirming your purchase and the other with the tickets in PDF so you can print them. These two emails will be sent immediately after purchase. However, depending of the destination server, it might take a few minutes. If after 10 minutes you have not received it, check the Junk mail tray (or promotions If your account is Gmail). 

 

Do the tickets come to my home? 

 

No, the tickets are only sent via email.  

 

Access “SETTING/MY ACCOUNT” on the top right of your homepage to check your purchase history  and see the details of your purchases whenever you want.

 

I made a mistake while I was registering and bought the tickets.

 

if for example you made a mistake in the registration of your email do not worry, access “SETTING/ MY ACCOUNT” and download the tickets, you can also contact via email or online chat to change your user account. 

 

Cancellations and changes

 

From Smart Events we take care of offering you a comfortable, agile and safe way to buy tickets, acting as distributors and intermediaries between our clients and the promoters with whom we work. If you made a mistake in your purchase or you cannot go to the show for any given reason, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot cancel or change your tickets. 

 

Purchase of nominative tickets

 

• Tickets are in my name. Do I have to present the ID at the door? 

Yes, if you're the ticket holder you will need the ID or passport to prove your identity in the access control. 

 

• Can I access the concert if my entry is not in my name? 

You can only access the concert accompanied by the assistant holder. That is, the person whose name appears in the entries. If your name does not appear in the tickets or you are not accompanied by the assistant holder you will not be able to access the concert. 

 

• What do I have to do if I want to buy tickets, but will not attend the concert? (for example, to give away) 

 

If you are going to give the tickets you must indicate, at the time of purchase, the name of one of the people who will attend the show "assistant holder" the person receiving the tickets as a gift must be identified in the access control with the entry (with his/her name on it) and an ID (DNI/passport/Photo ID). If you give more than one ticket all attendees must enter accompanied by the assistant holder. 

 

• What happens if I am the owner of the purchase and I am not going to the concert? 

 

Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after the purchase of tickets or name change is made. 

 

• What happens if I am the owner of the purchase, but I will not access the enclosure accompanied by my group? 

Your group can only come in with you. You must take with you a document ID/Pasaporte/Photo ID that identifies you.
